At Good Shepherd Christian Ministries International (GSCMI), our vision is to raise spiritually mature, biblically grounded, and servant-hearted Christian leaders who faithfully shepherd God’s people, teach sound doctrine, demonstrate Christlike character, and equip others for effective ministry.

We believe that strong churches and healthy Christian communities are built through faithful leaders who follow the example of Jesus Christ and are committed to developing the next generation of godly leaders.

1. Jesus Christ: Our Model of Leadership

Jesus taught that Christian leadership rests on humility, love, and service rather than position or authority.

2. Shepherding God's People

Christian leaders are called to care for God's people willingly, faithfully, and by personal example.

“Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock.”

3. Equipping Others for Ministry

Effective Christian leadership involves preparing believers to serve Christ and helping develop future leaders.

At Good Shepherd Christian Ministries International, we believe that pastoral leadership is a sacred calling that requires spiritual maturity, sound biblical knowledge, Christlike character, and a servant’s heart.

Our leadership development initiative equips pastors, church workers, and emerging Christian leaders with the biblical understanding and practical skills needed to shepherd God’s people faithfully.

Through biblical teaching, interactive training, mentoring, and practical ministry application, we seek to develop leaders who will not only serve effectively but also train and equip others for the work of ministry.

Our leadership training programs are designed to strengthen pastors, church leaders, and ministry workers through sound biblical teaching and practical ministry development.

Our training emphasizes four essential areas:

1. Biblical Foundations of Leadership — Understanding God's calling, the authority of Scripture, and the responsibilities of Christian leadership.

2. Spiritual Character and Integrity — Developing Christlike humility, personal holiness, faithfulness, and accountability.

3. Pastoral Care and Shepherding — Equipping leaders to teach God's Word, nurture believers, provide spiritual guidance, and care for God's people.

4. Leadership Multiplication — Preparing leaders to disciple, mentor, and train others who will continue the work of ministry.

Our goal is to develop faithful shepherd leaders who will strengthen local churches and advance the Great Commission.

Training Pastoral Leaders: Developing Shepherd Leaders is a biblical and practical leadership training manual developed by Good Shepherd Christian Ministries International through the inspiration of God to equip pastors, church leaders, and ministry workers for effective Christian service.

The training emphasizes the biblical responsibilities of pastoral leadership, Christlike character, faithful shepherding, and the development of future leaders.

The curriculum is organized into four training modules, with three sessions in each module, providing a structured approach to leadership development.

This training has been used in leadership conferences and ministry outreaches in several nations, including Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, and Nigeria.

Our desire is to raise faithful shepherd leaders who will strengthen local churches, nurture believers toward spiritual maturity, and multiply effective Christian leadership across nations.

Good Shepherd Christian Ministries International welcomes pastors, church leaders, ministry workers, and emerging Christian leaders who desire to grow in biblical knowledge, spiritual maturity, and effective Christian leadership.
